My Favorite Resource for Crochet Patterns

I found the best resource for crochet patterns - Ravelry.com.  You can easily search thousands of crochet ad knitting patterns, both free and for a fee.  In fact, the granny square blanket I'm working on was inspired by this project.

What I'm doing is a little different, but isn't that what art does?  It inspires!

Unfortunately, it's taken me forever to finish.  I'm just about done, but life gets busy.  And I like variety, so after doing so many rows and squares, I get itchy and need another project.

Quick projects work nicely.  You know, patterns that only have a couple of easy stitches and work up in an hour or two.  Items like baby booties, beanies, Christmas ornaments, and scarves work like a charm.
